あらゆる形態の人種差別の撤廃に関する国際連合宣言（1963年）とその英文原文 1904 (XVIII). United Nations Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination との日・エス・英対訳をアップロードする。
エス訳は、主に Gemini を使い、ChatGPT と Google Translate を使って部分的に点検したものですが、どれも信用できない・納得できない・読んでわからないものは、Comprehensive English-Esperanto dictionary P.Benson の素晴らしい英・エス辞書も参考にしながら、自分にわかりやすい語を選択。
ただし、これらAIのエスペラント知識は偏っていたり、綴りが間違っていたり、訳語選択の根拠について作話を繰り返したりして、使えば使うほど人間の判断や決断が必要だとわかった。解説は Gemini のもので、検証していない。
人種差別撤廃宣言について
1962年の第17回総会において、この宣言を起草するよう求めた共同提案国（決議1780 (XVII)）は、主に以下の国々です。
アフリカ・アジア諸国: ギニア、コートジボワール、リベリア、マリ、モーリタニア、モロッコ、ナイジェリア、セネガル、シエラレオネ、ソマリア、アルジェリア、エチオピア、中央アフリカ、チャド、ガボン、上ボルタ（現ブルキナファソ）など。
これに加えて、中央・東欧諸国（当時は社会主義陣営）も反植民地主義の立場から強く支持・共同提案に加わりました。
【歴史的背景の補足】
特にギニアなどの新興独立国は、南アフリカのアパルトヘイト（人種隔離政策）を「人類に対する犯罪」として国際社会に認めさせるため、極めて情熱的に主導権を握りました。
当時の西欧諸国の中には、「人権は各国の国内問題である」という伝統的な主権の論理を盾に、強い表現を避けたがる動きもありましたが、これらアフリカ諸国の「武力によらない法的包囲網の構築」という不退転の決意が、この宣言、そして後の条約へと結実したのです。

- 3. In order to put into effect the purposes and principles of the present Declaration, all States shall take immediate and positive measures, including legislative and other measures, to prosecute and/or outlaw organizations which promote or incite to racial discrimination, or incite to or use violence for purposes of discrimination based on race, colour or ethnic origin.
- ３．この宣言の目的及び原則に効力を与えるために、すべての国家は、人種差別を助長し又は扇動し、若しくは人種、皮膚の色又は種族的出身に基づく差別を行うことを目的として暴力を用い又は暴力行為を扇動する団体を訴追し、非合法化するために、立法その他の措置を含め、迅速かつ積極的な措置をとらなければならない。

- Every State shall promote respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and shall fully and faithfully observe the provisions of the present Declaration, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples.
