今年23日のバンドン会議での安倍首相の演説は、何を言うかよりも何を口にしないかということだったようだ。

「大戦に深い反省」バンドン演説　首相、おわびには言及せず

　【ジャカルタ共同】安倍晋三首相は２２日、インドネシアの首都ジャカルタで開催されたアジア・アフリカ会議（バンドン会議）の６０周年記念首脳会議で演説し、先の大戦への「深い反省」を表明した。５０周年記念会議で当時の小泉純一郎首相が村山富市首相談話（１９９５年）に沿って明言した「植民地支配と侵略」への「心からのおわび」には言及しなかった。
　安倍首相は今夏発表する戦後７０年談話に関し、村山談話の文言を「もう一度書く必要はない」としており、未来志向を重視する観点から、一連の表現の踏襲に否定的な姿勢を印象付けた形だ。

バンドン 平和10原則	La dek principoj de Bandung:	The Ten Principles of Bandung
1. 基本的人権と国連憲章の趣旨と原則を尊重する。	1. Respekti la homajn rajtojn kaj respekti la celojn kaj la principojn en la Ĉarto de Unuĝintaj Nacioj.	1. Respect for fundamental human rights and for the purpose and principles of the Charter of the United Nations;
2. 全ての国の主権と領土保全を尊重する。	2. Respekti la suverencon kaj teritorian integrecon de ĉiuj landoj.	2. Respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries;
3. 全ての人類の平等と大小全ての国の平等を承認する。	3. Rekoni la egalecon de ĉiuj rasoj kaj la egalecon de ĉiuj nacioj kiu granda aŭ malgranda.	3. Recognize the equality of all races and the equality of all nations,
4. 他国の内政に干渉しない。	4. Ne intervene en la afero de aliaj landoj.	4. No-intervention in the internal affairs of other countries;

7. 侵略または侵略の脅威・武力行使によって、他国の領土保全や政治的独立をおかさない。	7. Refreni por ne fari iun agon aŭ iu mincaon de agreso aŭ trupojn al iu ajn teritorian landon aŭ sendependeco de iu ajn lando	7. Refraining from acts or threats of aggression or the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any countries.
8. 国際紛争は平和的手段によって解決する。	8. Solvi ĉiujn internaciajn problemojn pace, kiel intertraktado, akordigo, arbitracio aŭ juĝa kolonio, aŭ kun aliaj pacaj manieroj kiuj elektita per koncernaj partioj kiu konformita kun la Ĉarto de Unuĝintaj Nacioj.	8. Settlement of all international disputes by peaceful means, such as negotiation, conciliation, arbitration or judicial settlement as well as other peaceful means of the parties’ own choice, in conformity with the Charter of the United Nations.
9. 相互の利益と協力を促進する。	9. Pliigi la intereson kaj kunlaboradon.	9. Promotion for mutual interest and cooperation.
10. 正義と国際義務を尊重する。	10. Respekti la justecon alte kaj internaciaj devoj.	10. Respect for justice and international obligation.
